We live in an age of mass mind control. What do I mean by that? Well, we are all constantly being told what is acceptable to think or say and what is not acceptable. And the perametres have changed so much in only a few decades! Trawling through the internet I sometimes come across some pretty plain speaking videos, especially on YT, where people speak their minds about different subjects - often controversial. These people say the things that most are too scared, or too indifferent to say. They have an opinion, they have strong beliefs, they have backbone and they don't care what other people think about their beliefs or opinions. And personally, I like that. It's good to see that there are still some out there who are prepared to speak the truth in a world full of apathy, deception and political-correctness! We are truly lacking in people with 'godly conviction' and backbone. Having said all that, it's a shame that some who speak out on
controversial subjects do sometimes come across as a little hostile, judgemental and harsh. (and I have to admit that I've been guilty of that myself) A speaker who speaks on subjects that effect people in a very personal way; one who talks about wrong behaviour or thinking needs to have a good message and deliver it in a balanced manner. There must be truth about the problem, the cause, the consequences of such behaviour and the solution mixed in with respect, love and compassion for those who the message is aimed at. And it's a wise man or woman who can get that balance right.
