Trawling around the internet I've come across all kinds of weird and wonderful things, especially on Youtube and Godtube. Many people out there have very strong feelings about stuff, and they are letting the world know about it! It's so interesting to watch and listen to people who speak their minds, and are not afraid to do so. (as long as they don't talk a load of rubbish that is!) It's good for people to be passionate about things. I love passionate people! At least they have an opinion, they care about something and they're not apathetic - unlike many in society today. But there have been times when I've been listening to someone talk and I've thought to myself "Blimey, what are you saying? How can you talk like that?" Someone will be ranting or cussing or just being plain old rude. It can be really embarrassing. Cringworthy. It's not always that I disagree with what they're saying. Sometimes I agree with them. They may have some really good points but they just don't put them across too well. If a person who is full of anger or frustration makes a video, that anger or frustration will always show through - no matter how much they try to disguise it. (note to self) I wonder if some of those who angrily rant on YT ever regret the things they've said. Whilst it's great that we have an outlet to vent our spleens when we are feeling peeved with the world, it's always a wise thing to make sure we do not post things on the net that we'll later regret. (easy to say huh?) Maybe we should run a recording back to ourselves several times just to make sure we are happy with it and feel at peace within ourselves about it. It's not always good to 'rant' when we are angry or annoyed at something. Harsh words are easy to give out, but impossible to take back. Once said, they're said. You can't put the Jeanie back in the bottle!
