The Fabtastic 70s!

When the 70's are mentioned, some people like to give off a big groan or start laughing at the fashions, the music or just generally begin running that era down. But why is that? All you 70's beater-uppers, why so negative? What was so wrong with the 70's era? Perhaps people are a little bit blinkered and need to try to remember just what was right about the 70's. What was it really like living in the seventies? Was it very different to now? The answer to that is yes. And it was by far much better too! Ask anyone who was a child back then. In those days, men were men and women were women. Men had their role to play and women had theirs. The gender roles were set, everyone knew where they stood and everyone was a lot more content and secure - including children. For anyone who likes the 70's era, you can check out The Fab 70's. Personally, I think the 70's was a great era. And you don't have to have lived through it to recognize that.
